Posted below is your assigned spots according to your availability.  Press CTRL + F on your keyboard to open a search bar on your browser, and then type your name to find your name throughout this document.  Please look for your name very carefully! Your name should be on multiple dates. I tried to keep your names in the same spots to let you know where you will be helping.

You will notice that anything highlighted in yellow is where help is still needed. You can reach out to me if you can help me in any of those spots. WE NEED A LOT OF HELP IN PURPLE CAST; especially in from GOLD CAST PARENTS. If you find it in your heart to give more. Please reach out to me ASAP.

The numbers next to your name are mainly for me. BUT the first number is how many tech and dress reahearsals you are signed up for; the second number is how many performances. IT helps me know who can be here on a more consistant basis. I understand that many are giveing all you can and I appreciate even the little bit of help. BUT if you scheudle allows; please do more. Especially if you are GOLD parents. We want both casts to have a good show. It helps the kids so much when they have great helpers!
